Billing Management

Last verified 2026-08-14

How to renew, extend, cancel — and what actually happens when a plan ends. This page differs by how you paid, so find your channel below.

Where to see your billing status

Profile → Membership & billing ("Only visible to you"): your payment tracker, subscriptions & payments, and — for students — the Learn → Fees tab with totals, instalments, due dates and proof upload. Expiring signal plans also show a countdown banner on the Signals page from 7 days out.

Renewing & extending

Signals plans

  • Renewing stacks. Buying more time for a market adds to whatever days you have left — the in-app banner says renewing "stacks on its remaining time without changing your other membership." Renewing early never wastes days, and each market's clock is independent (crypto time and forex time don't interact).
  • Web / Android (Binance Pay or manual): nothing renews by itself. Buy a new term whenever you like — 1, 6 or 12 months (prices).
  • iOS (Apple): the monthly subscription auto-renews until cancelled in your Apple settings.

Upgrading and switching

  • Free → paid: just buy — see Premium plans.
  • Adding the other market: buy the second plan; you'll hold both (crypto + forex) with separate expiries.
  • Mentorship is one-time and lifetime — there's nothing to renew.
  • There is no self-serve downgrade mechanism — a plan simply runs out if you don't renew it, and you keep everything the free plan includes.

Cancelling

You paid viaHow to cancel
Apple (iOS)The easiest way: on the app's Plans screen, tap Manage Subscription — it opens Apple's subscription page (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) where you can cancel. (The button ships in the next app update; until it arrives, use the alternative.) Alternative: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → P4 Provider → Cancel Subscription. Either way, Apple manages the subscription — the P4 app itself has no cancel control — and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Binance Pay (web/Android)Nothing to cancel — these are one-time purchases for a fixed term. Simply don't buy again.
Bank transfer / USDTSame — one-time purchases, nothing recurs.

What happens at expiry

  • Your signal access for that market ends — premium calls return to locked cards. If you held a second membership (the other market, or mentorship), it is untouched.
  • Your account continues as a free member: your journal, XP, badges, community profile and history are all kept. Nothing is deleted at expiry.
  • Students never expire — mentorship plans are treated as lifetime.
  • You'll have seen a warning first: the ≤7-day banner on Signals, e.g. "Crypto Signals ends in N days."

Is there a grace period? No (owner-confirmed 2026-08-14): premium access ends the moment the plan expires — there's no extra grace window after the expiry date. The good news cuts both ways: renewing restores access instantly, and nothing is deleted at expiry — your journal, profile and history are all kept, exactly as described above.

Refund policy

The full policy is at p4provider.com/refund-policy (last updated July 11, 2026). The one-line version, as published:

"P4 Provider does not offer refunds on digital services. Once your payment is verified and access is granted, the sale is final."

What's non-refundable: all digital services — mentorship (online and physical seats), VIP Crypto Signals, VIP Forex Signals, app subscriptions, recorded lectures, LMS access, digital tools, and any other digital product or membership. The reasoning is stated openly: the value (signals, lectures, access) transfers immediately and can't be revoked, and the policy protects paying students.

What the team WILL make right:

  1. Duplicate or accidental double payments — reversed in full once verified.
  2. Paid but no access within 48 hours — they activate immediately or return the payment.
  3. Wrong package purchased — the payment transfers toward the intended service of equal or higher value, provided you haven't used access to the original.

Before you buy, the policy itself points you at the free ways to evaluate: the verified track record, 400+ public Google reviews, published cohort outcomes, free tools, the free glossary and 70+ free articles — and invites you to WhatsApp the team first.

Refund contact: contact@p4provider.com · WhatsApp +92-328-8855333.

The confirmed rule (owner-confirmed 2026-08-13): fees are non-refundable once access/enrollment has been activated. There is no cancellation window — the refund-policy page's §5 was updated on 2026-08-14 to state the confirmed no-refund-after-access rule directly.

Apple (iOS) purchases are the exception in process, not in policy: Apple processes iOS in-app purchase payments, so refund requests for iOS purchases follow Apple's own refund process (request at reportaproblem.apple.com) — P4 cannot issue or block an Apple refund.
