Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and P4 Provider Private Limited, Faisalabad, Pakistan (“P4 Provider”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the p4provider.com website, the P4 Provider member app (app.p4provider.com and the iOS and Android apps), and our programs at the Faisalabad campus.

By creating an account, submitting an admission, purchasing any service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the Community Guidelines shown inside the app. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Educational service — not financial advice

P4 Provider is a trading education platform. Everything you find on our website and app, including our courses, signals, content, and tools, is designed purely for education. Nothing here is financial advice or a recommendation to invest. We don't take investments. We don't offer copy-trading. We don't promote any broker.

We make no promises of profit. Trading signals, trade ideas, and market analysis are educational examples that show how our team reads the market; they are not instructions to place trades. Any results, statistics, or track records we publish are historical and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Trading involves substantial risk, and your capital may be at risk. Always do your own research, and never trade money you cannot afford to lose. If you need personal financial advice, consult a licensed financial advisor.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when you register or submit an admission form, and keep it updated. Each person may hold one account; duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at contact@p4provider.com if you believe your account has been compromised. P4 Provider staff will never ask for your password or a one-time code.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services or to use any trading-related feature of the platform. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our free educational content may be used by anyone aged 13 or older.

4. Plans, payments & renewals

Current prices for every service are published on our Pricing page: signal memberships (crypto and forex) in 1-month (Rs. 9,000 / $30), 6-month (Rs. 45,000 / $150, one month free), and 12-month (Rs. 90,000 / $300, two months free) terms; lifetime mentorship (online Rs. 45,000 / $150, physical Rs. 60,000 / $200, with an optional Rs. 40,000 residence add-on); and 1-on-1 sessions (Rs. 15,000 / $50 per 30 minutes).

Except for purchases made through Apple on iOS, all plans are one-time terms: they do not auto-renew, and your access simply ends when the term expires unless you buy a new term. Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple, auto-renew under Apple's terms, and are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Manual payments (bank transfer, USDT, Binance Pay by ID) are verified personally by our team, usually within 24-48 hours; access begins once your payment is verified. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy, which you should read before purchasing — digital services are non-refundable once access is granted.

5. Referral free-access program

We offer 30 days of free premium signals to traders who open or register a trading account through our partner attribution (an Exness account under our partner link, or a Binance account under our referral) and verify it with us. Access is granted only after we verify the broker or exchange attribution, and renewal of a free period requires re-verification.

One member account may be linked to one trading account or UID, and each trading account or UID can grant free access to only one member. We may refuse, limit, or revoke free access where attribution cannot be verified, where an account was switched away from our attribution, or where we detect abuse of the program. Free access is a discretionary benefit, not a purchased service, and it does not create any obligation to extend or repeat it.

6. Acceptable use & community rules

You agree not to use the platform to scam, defraud, or mislead anyone; impersonate P4 Provider staff or other members; harass, threaten, or abuse others; post guaranteed-profit claims; or solicit money, credentials, wallet keys, or seed phrases from other members. The Community Guidelines published in the app apply to everything you post, and reported content is actioned by our moderation team.

Paid content is for your personal use only. You may not share, forward, redistribute, resell, or republish our signals, lectures, recorded sessions, course materials, or any other paid content — including posting them to groups, channels, or other platforms. You also may not scrape the service, probe or bypass its security, or attempt to reverse engineer it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website, app, and campus programs — lectures, recordings, signals, articles, tools, designs, and the P4 Provider name and branding — belongs to P4 Provider Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

When you purchase a service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that content for your own education for the duration of your access. This licence does not transfer any ownership, and it ends when your access ends or your account is terminated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you materially breach these Terms — including fraud, payment chargebacks or reversals, abuse of the referral program, redistribution of paid content, or serious or repeated violations of the community rules.

On termination for breach, your access to paid content and memberships ends, and any amounts already paid are handled under our Refund Policy. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile in the app.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular trading outcome or result from using our education, signals, or tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P4 Provider is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to the service and these Terms

We are always improving the platform, and features, content, and prices may change, be added, or be withdrawn over time. Changes do not affect access you have already paid for during its term, except where required by law or by an app store's rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, is always published on this page; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
