Notes and assignments

Updated 2026-07-20

Timestamped notes

While watching a lecture you can write notes, and each note is saved with the exact time in the video where you wrote it.

  1. Play a lecture in the Learn section.
  2. Open the notes panel and type your note.
  3. Save it — the current video time is attached automatically.

Later, tap any note and the video jumps straight to that moment. This makes revision fast: instead of re-watching a whole lecture, you jump between the moments you marked.

Assignments

Mentors give assignments so you practice what you learned, not just watch it.

  1. Open the assignments area in the Learn section.
  2. Read the assignment instructions and the due date.
  3. Do the work, then submit it through the app.
  4. A mentor reviews your submission and gives it a grade, sometimes with feedback.

You can see the status of each assignment — submitted, graded, and your result — inside the app.

Tips

  • Write short notes in your own words. They are for future you.
  • Submit assignments on time; they are how mentors see whether you actually understood the material.
  • If you are stuck on an assignment, ask in the QnA topic of the Community Feed — mentors answer there.
